Before you pay for anything.

Can I pay right now?

Not yet. OnCue is in a free private beta with a small group of DJs. Paid plans open once the beta confirms the app holds up across different rekordbox setups. Reserving a plan doesn’t charge you.

What happens if my internet drops at a gig?

Nothing. OnCue checks your license at launch at most once a week, and a recent check stays valid offline for 14 days. You won’t be locked out mid-set.

Can I use it on my laptop and my studio Mac?

Yes. Each license activates on two Macs. If you replace a computer, email us and we’ll move the activation.

Does OnCue play or load tracks for me?

No. It suggests; you decide and load. An experimental one-click load exists for testers, and it is off by default.

What if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your library and settings stay on your Mac either way.
